Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced SAP Add-On/Plugin Developer to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP customization and significant exposure to the Ariba and supply chain domains. 

Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and implement SAP Add-Ons or Plugins to meet specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP Add-Ons/Plugins with existing systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Provide technical support and maintenance for implemented solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SAP Add-On/Plugin Developer.
- Strong expertise in SAP customization and development.
- Extensive knowledge of Ariba and supply chain management systems.
- Proficient in SAP ABAP programming and other relevant SAP modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certification in relevant modules.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
