The Role: We are looking for professional Recruiters to source candidates for sales and business development positions. The incumbent will be based in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: ? Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels ? Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility ? Conduct interviews, follow-up references and check credits ? Follow up with the candidates on their transition and on-boarding process Candidate Profile: ? Proven working experience of 2-3 years in recruiting ? Deep understanding of recruitment processes ? Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods ? Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices) ? Business acumen and market insight ? Effective influencing and communication skills ? Integrity and confidentiality Contract length: 10 months
